Crispy White & Dark Chocolate S’mores Cookies

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. In a mixer (or a bowl), add in the softened butter (make sure to read my chemist tips on cookie baking below), brown sugar and white sugar, mix until creamy.
  4. Next, add in the vanilla extract and the egg.
  5. Mix until just combined.
  6. Slowly add in the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Make sure to not overmix!
  7. Now, add graham cracker crumbs, Make sure they are crushed pretty finely. You can leave a few bigger chunks, but most of it will need to be fine.
  8. Once that is combined, add in the dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow bits.
  9. Once it is incorporated, add 1 tbsp drops onto a good cookie sheet (see notes below for my favorite). Make smaller rounds if you want really crispy cookies 🙂
  10. Bake about 9-10 minutes depending on your oven. The edges will be crispy and golden brown, then middle will be a tiny bit soft.
  11. Cool completely on a cookie sheet before removing.
