Today we are sharing with you some beautiful faux plants to add to your home decor.

I get more questions about my faux olive tree! Every time I share a picture or Instagram video, I get messages asking where I got it.

There is something about faux plants that bring so much freshness and joy to your home.

Add These Beautiful Faux Plants To Home Decor (Indoor & Outdoor)

Growing up in the 90s, my mom always had a fake tree in the house. I loved it then, and I love them now.

Nowadays, they have really modernized faux plants though. They look much more clean, modern, and real.

Here is a list of my favorite faux plants I have in my house plus some others I love.

Most of the faux plants I purchase are from Nearly Natural because they have great quality and actually look real too.

Before we start, is it worth it to pay a little more for good quality fake plants?

This topic started after I posted this article a few weeks ago. For perspective, my mom purchased a large faux tree back in the early 90s. She said it was $200, and she debated for a long time before buying it. She said fake plants especially trees were so expensive! A few years ago, she wanted to buy a more modern fake tree and was surprised the cost overall for faux plants was more reasonable.

Also, I have purchased many of the cheap fake plants from Amazon before, but they don’t last more than a season outside. To me, it is worth it to pay a little more so you can have the plant for years outside. The bougainvillea listed below has been outside for about three years now, and it still looks good! Anyways, I thought I would add this information in for you in case you were curious about this also.

82” Artificial Olive Tree

This is the olive tree everyone loves! You can see it in my pictures. I bought another one just last month to add back to my living room. I wanted to keep the tree in my bedroom because it really makes everything feel so happy and fresh.

18″ Olive Silk Tree With Vase

These adorable olive trees are perfect for a bathroom! They are also great for setting on a table.

Indoor/Outdoor Bougainvillea UV Resistant

I bought this years ago, and I keep it outside. It is very cheerful and big!  keep it out on my front porch now and get many compliments on it.

29″ Hanging Fern

If you live in a hot climate like I do, faux plants are such a great option for outside. I love this huge hanging Boston Fern. We had a real Boston fern years ago that was very expensive, it died during our hot Texas summers. I have not purchased a real one again, so this fake one is the perfect option.

Silver Queen & Grass Plant In Black Vase

I just love these for setting on a counter or table.

Maiden Hair In Planter

This is another beautiful plant for setting on a table or counter. These are beautiful in the bathroom!

Artificial Geraniums for Indoor and Outdoor

This is a UV resistant faux geranium, so you can use it outside too!

5.5′ Ficus Tree UV Resistant

I love these big outdoor faux trees! You can use it inside for home decor, or use it outside for our outdoor decor. They add such a nice aesthetic to your porch.

Hanging Ivy

You can use hanging ivy inside or outside! I actually keep a hanging basket of ivy on the porch. It adds such a nice ambiance! This is perfect in the bathroom or bedroom too.

I’ve bought the cheap ones and they looked terrible. And fell apart outside after one season 🙁 so I invested a little and they are way better quality. And the outdoor ones have lasted years

I bought one of their outdoor plants a few years ago, and it still looks nice even being in the sun! I need to check out that olive tree, it looks so nice and modern. All their stuff looks real too which I love. My grandma always has fake plants in the 80s and 90s. It reminds me of her!

Mine does too! I was worried the sun would destroy it like some others I’ve bought. But it has held up well ?
