Energy Boosting Green Tea Recipe with Mint, Lemon, & Grapefruit
Green tea is the ultimate energy booster. It also just makes you feel clean and refreshed when you drink it. I started drinking it about ten years ago after reading an article about it. The article claimed it was the ultimate drink for Rheumatoid Arthritis pain. Well, it doesn't help pain, but it does make me feel energized and refreshed.
