Is it really August? How is that possible?
Today I decided to link up with Anne and Jenna for a fun currently post. Here’s what I am currently up to:
Creating: A baby shower craft for one of my best friends. We are throwing her a shower at the end of the month and I am working on a cute little gift to hang on the door. I will share soon!
Wishlisting: This amazing pink mixer on amazon! I could really make clients a ton of cookies with this 🙂
Hoping: The intense heat in Texas will soon subside…I am ready for all things fall! (my favorite season!)
Eating: Another cold brew popsicle…I made some over the weekend, and they are amazing! Recipe coming soon, but I just tweaked it some from my DIY Vanilla Cold Brew.
Watching: Ruger play while I work…he loves to bring all this favorite toys into the office 🙂 His current favorite is this tiny pig we got him at the grocery store a few weeks ago.
This is going to be a busy month, but I am glad. August is so hot and dry in Texas, I am really looking forward to the cooler days of fall.

Hi Alexis… Ah, fall – it’s my favorite time of the year – cool, warm, crispy, colorful… BEAUTIFUL pic of the sunrise on your IG this morning – God is a great artist. Glad you and Ruger are enjoying the swing! That is a pretty pink mixer… I know you love pink – all shades of pink or a specific shade? I see it’s 100+ in most of TX right now. Saw an IG comment that Sydney Australia is having one of their coldest winters – it’s 3 degrees Celsius = 37 degrees Fahrenheit. Vacation? Have a good one…

Hi Laurie! I love all shades of pink…depending on my mood 🙂 Just thinking of fall is so exciting! It is really the most beautiful time of year! Yes, it is so hot here right now, it is too hot to even be outside for a few minutes. I can’t even imagine that cold! Have a great day!

I have an older one that works, but it isn’t the best. I can’t wait to get this one soon! Just the fact that it’s pretty will make it more fun to use 🙂

Baby showers are so fun, especially the games! That Popsicle looks so refreshing! It’ll definitely help during those especially hot summer days. I’ve always wanted to make my own, but never got around to doing it!
I’d love for you to catch up with me too! Currently//August: http://emilielimaburke.com/blog/2015/8/currently-august
