Thanks to Spoiled Child for sponsoring this post. All opinions, reviews, and ideas are my own.

Today I am sharing with you this delicious collagen drink recipe you can make this summer to not only have healthy glowing skin, hair , and nails, but it is also very refreshing!

I have been using this powerful liquid collagen (code VIPAlexis15) for three months now, and it has been the best addition to my routine.

My hair, nails, and skin have improved dramtically since I started taking this.

Catch up on my one month review and two month review here to see some great before and after pictures plus learn more on how this works.

Make This Delicious Collagen Drink For Your Skin, Nails, and Hair This Summer

This collagen (VIPAlexis15) has officially become one of the top five products we have ever shared on Chemistry Cachet. I have had the best feedback from readers which I love hearing.

One of the common questions I have been asked though is how do you take this collagen? Do you have to take it straight or can it be mixed?

The answer to this is you can take it straight OR mix with anything you’d like. If you don’t like the flavor or prefer to mix it, you can mix it with another drink.

Below is my favorite way to make this delicious collage drink which is also very refreshing for a hot summer day. I tried out several different dilution ratios, and the one below was the best for flavor.

Ingredients For This Delicious Collagen Drink:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp e27 liquid collagen (Code VIPAlexis15)
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • Ice
  • 1/2 orange squeezed (optional for added flavor)

Directions:

  1. Fill your cup with ice, then add in the water.
  2. Next, top with the lemon and orange juice.
  3. Last, add in the liquid collagen and give it a stir.

That’s it! The flavor from the collagen mixed with the lemon is so delicious and refreshing. I also will add in a squeeze of orange which enhances the flavor too. You could even add in some lime if you enjoy the flavor of lime.

How I Incorporate This Into My Morning Routine:

I mentioned before that one of the coolest added benefits to this powerful liquid collagen(Code VIPAlexis15) is how it keeps you full for longer. Some people even use it for weight management because it works so well for this.

After trying out different ways, I enjoy taking this in the morning after I eat breakfast.

I will either do one tablespoon straight, or make this drink.

Other Ways To Mix This Collagen:

There are so many other fun ideas you can try with this collagen! I love this simple dilution with water and lemon for a refreshing drink on a warm day, but I also have mixed a tablespoon into 1 cup of kombucha, iced hibiscus tea, and even a probiotic drink. It adds a hint of flavor and pairs well with drinks of all kinds!

If you drink hot tea, you can add this liquid collagen to that as well.

The possibilities are endless!

The Benefits Of This Collagen Drink

If you recall from our previous posts, this collagen has been an important addition for my hair and nail recovery. After having a baby, my hair loss had increased so much. I wasn’t able to wear my hair up anymore. Taking this collagen for three months has rejuvenated my hair, it is almost back to normal on the sides.

My nails have also recovered and are no longer brittle.

The hydration in my skin has also benefited. My skin is more youthful and bright.

Readers have written in and said it has helped their dark circles, wrinkles, hair, and weight management too.

I love all your feedback! Let me know how you have been using it!

I have been taking the spoiled child collagen for approximately a month and a half. What a difference. I had tried other collagens with no success. This one actually works. Thank you.

PS. I’ve been following your articles and blog and am so glad I do.
    Blessing to you and yours
