I absolutely LOVE trying out new coffee roasts especially organic ones. This delicious organic fresh roasted coffee by Nella’s SOGOOD was the perfect blend!

We talk about coffee all the time on Chemistry Cachet because it is one of my favorite chemicals 🙂

You will always see the caffeine molecule on our website because I love the chemistry behind caffeine.

Coffee is a unique compound with many health benefits, which you can read about here.

Let me tell you more about this great organic roast.

Delicious Organic Fresh Roasted Coffee

Any coffee lover will tell you that it is all about the roast when it comes to good coffee.

When a coffee is roasted slowly with premium equipment, you get a much smoother flavor without a bitter after taste. This delicious organic fresh roasted coffee has a very smooth flavor without the harsh aftertaste which I appreciate in coffee.

SOGOOD coffee is also organic which is really important in coffee. Organic coffee means they can’t use synthetic substances such as most pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers, so you don’t have to worry about those products getting into your beans!

Mocha Mocha Java

I have been enjoying this Indonesian blend called Mocha Mocha Java! This is a medium-dark blend, which is my favorite. It has a little hint of chocolate aroma to it.

You can mix this up as a cappuccino or drink it straight.

I love straight black coffee without any sweetener, and this blend is perfect for that too!

Many of my readers have been asking me for good organic coffee options, so I wanted to make sure to share this one. In fact, my mom stayed over a few weekends ago, and she always brews us up a big pot of coffee in the morning. We used this mocha mocha java and she enjoyed it! My mom is really picky about coffee and doesn’t like anything that has too much flavor. This was just the right balance.

Decaf Coffee Options

Remember this post a few years ago about decaf coffee? I mentioned if you need to drink decaf, it is important to choose an organic option to avoid the chemicals. SOGOOD coffee has a Mexican decaf blend that is 100% certified organic too. If you have to avoid caffeine for health reasons, this is a great option! You can still enjoy the flavor of the coffee without the caffeine.

Fun Fact About Caffeine

Did you see google’s doodle the other day? It was all about the birthday of Chemist Friedlieb Ferdinand Runge who was the first to isolate caffeine!!

I love how chemists have discovered so many amazing things! You can read this post to find out more fun things chemists have discovered!

If you want a new good organic coffee to try out, I highly recommend SOGOOD coffee!! This would make a great gift for a coffee lover friend too.

I tried that at your house and it was good.. not a fan of changing my coffee so I was skeptical.. it was close to the taste of folgers.. which is my regular coffee.

I am always skeptical too because so many coffees have a bad aftertaste or too much flavoring! This was the perfect mix

I really enjoyed it! It is hard to find good quality organic coffee, so I was excited to see how good this was.
