Before we start, this ISN’T SPONSORED! Most reviews I have seen online are from sponsored posts, but I thought it would be fun to try this for you just to see if it really worked.

Does the Billie Razor really work so you shave less often?

Finding a razor that works well and isn’t expensive is always challenging. I have used many over the years, but always end up using my husband’s razors because they shave better.

I tried out the popular subscription service to see how it works.

Here is what I found out.

Does the Billie Razor Really Work So You Shave Less?

For months now, I have seen ads on my facebook and instagram for the Billie razor subscription service. I kept overlooking it, but then I have seen many bloggers talking about it. I decided it was time to give it a shot and share with Chemistry Cachet readers.

Again, this isn’t a sponsored post, just something I wanted to test for you.

What Does the Billie Razor Subscription Cost?

One of the reasons I decided to try it was the affordability of it! It costs $9 to get set up with your first order. This includes a razor, two blades, and magnetic holder.

Then, it will prompt you to choose how often you shave. Once a day, every few days, once a week. This determines when they ship replacement blades to you. I chose once a week because that is probably the only chance I do get to shave my legs with a toddler LOL.

The four replacement blades they send you are also only $9. Mine will be delivered every three months for $9, so a very good price!

I didn’t choose any of the shaving cream or soap they offer. This is what checkout looks like below:

What is the Billie Razor Like?

The razor itself is very light weight. The blade is surrounded by a charcoal shave soap which makes it glide smooth and keeps away irritation on the skin. The magnetic holder is easy to stick on and the razor easily attaches to it.

So, I was impressed when I opened it before even trying it out.

How it was shaving?

I noticed after one shave how smooth it was to use! It glided easily with the shave soap that surrounds the razor. It also got an incredibly close shave. My legs were SO smooth after one use!

The next day, my legs were still really smooth!

Two days later, I still had smooth legs! This is typically the time I need to shave again, but the shave was so close, two or three days later, I still didn’t need to shave.

I was impressed right away.

What I enjoyed most about the Billie Razor?

After using this razor for a month, I am really enjoying it. I plan on using this razor from now on because it works so well.

What I enjoyed most about this razor was:

  • it’s affordable
  • lightweight
  • very close shave
  • good for sensitive skin
  • less shaving
  • great magnetic holder

Have I had to shave less?

This razor subscription claims you will have to shave less using their razor…and it worked for me! This razor creates such a close shave, you don’t have to do it as often as you normally would. I noticed my legs stayed smoother at least two days longer than my previous razor!

So, I would definitely recommend it!

How do you purchase the Billie Razor?

I believe the only way to purchase this razor is directly from their website found here. It is easy to checkout and order! They also allow you to cancel anytime which I always double check on when it comes to a subscription.

What type of shaving cream can you use?

I didn’t purchase the shaving cream they have because I use a brand I really love. This brand is the best shaving cream I have used. My husband bought it for my years ago, and I really love it.

These bottles last forever too. I have been using this same container for almost a year.

In conclusion, I would definitely recommend the Billie razor. I will continue to use it because it works so well!!
