Which scrub brush am I using?
For reference, this is the scrub brush I bought several years ago. I have it in the large brush head size and it has worked great since then. It is rechargeable as well.

What are the benefits of an electric scrub brush?
I bought an electric scrub brush years ago to help with my finger weakness and pain from RA. The one I purchased at the time was pretty good, but it didn’t have an extender and it ended up dying on me.
When my knee issues started acting up again, I decided to find another one to purchase that had an extender so I wouldn’t have to bend down as much. This has been so helpful to clean even on days when my knees are really bothering me.
Here are some of the benefits of using an electric scrub brush too:

There are so many ways you can use an electric scrub brush for cleaning! The possibilities are endless, but here are some of the ways I use it around my home for cleaning.
Cleaning the shower floor
I have grout and tile on my shower floor. This scrub brush is a game changer for cleaning the floor! It is powerful enough to really clean the grout well. It has an attachment for the corners too if you want to get into the corner area of the shower. This also works for the bottom of bathtubs.
Scrubbing shower walls
You can also use this for the shower walls. I take the extender off for this and get all the walls scrubbed well.
Sinks
This is very effective for cleaning kitchen and bathroom sinks. You can really get a good scrub with it!
Kitchen floors
If you need to get an extra scrub on the kitchen floor, the extender on this scrub brush is very helpful (picture below). Sometimes I need to do a deeper scrub on my kitchen floor. I will use this scrub brush for that too. It is really nice not having to bend over!
What Type Of Cleaners Can You Use With This Electric Scrub Brush?
There are so many cleaners you can use with this scrub brush. I love using my DIY bathroom cleaner with it, the DIY all-purpose cleaner from the eBook on page 13, and even the homemade grout cleaner.
You can use just about any cleaner with this scrub brush. It also comes with an attachment for mirrors, so you can use a mirror cleaner with it.

I use to have something like this and it worked great till it broke and hasn’t been replaced
My old one broke too. It didn’t last very long. This one has held up much better

Also, can you recommend a spray bottle that holds 8 to 10 ounces, even larger, that actually works! I’ve bought so many in different stores and they just won’t work properly and sometimes not at all!

The links are working for me on Amazon, but here is the link again for you to view. It is the large brush size 🙂 For spray bottles, I have used these with good luck. For glass, I purchased these a few years ago and they have been good so far. It is hard to find good spray bottles, many of these ones I have bought, the handle stops pumping after a few uses!

You might want to try another browser to see if it will work. Also, if you have a pop up blocker on, it doesn’t open up a new tab. They all have similar names, so searching names doesn’t work to find the right one I use. It is just an electric scrub brush. You can see if my amazon store opens up for you. Then click on cleaning.
Do you have a recommendation for a stiff bristle manual scrub brush with the rectangle head?
I have not seen one with a rectangular head. This one does come with a slanted head for corners though
Hmm, me either. Ok then, do you have a recommendation for a regular scrub long handle brush that isn’t electric, just a regular scrub brush to brush floors?
Yes, I use the Mr. Siga brush which is great and sturdy. The Fuller Brush is also great and all my mom uses 🙂
