I love coffee! Today I want to share these essential items for the coffee lover!
As a new mom, coffee is a necessity these days. It has been something I have enjoyed since college, but it has an entirely new meaning now 🙂
Many of our readers are also coffee lovers, so I love sharing new finds for you to benefit from too.
Remember, coffee is good for you too!
Essential Items For The Coffee Lover
A cool caffeine molecule mug
My best friend got this mug for me YEARS ago before I even started Chemistry Cachet. Every chemist loves a caffeine molecule! But, I get questions from readers all the time about this mug because everyone loves it! Here is a similar one on Amazon. If you buy one and use it, use #chemistrycachet on Instagram so I can see it!
Keurig coffee maker
Hands down the most convenient way to make coffee especially if you are having people over. I love how everyone can make a fresh cup with any type of coffee they like. How cute is this one? They have other colors too! If you have a Keurig, make sure you read these tips on how to clean it (so important)!
Compostable k-pod
The only bummer about a Keurig is plastic pods. I use them, but really prefer something more eco-friendly and better for your health. I am LOVING these compostable pods from Tayst Coffee. They fit perfect in a Keurig! It is really delicious coffee too. This is sent right to your door each month, so it is really convenient. They are giving my audience a promotion with the code “30offandmug” , so I highly recommend trying them out! The vintage vanilla is my favorite!
Good coffee grinder
All coffee lovers need a good coffee grinder! This one is cheap and has high ratings! Plus, I love that it is white. Fresh ground coffee beans make some of the best coffee. The neat thing about a coffee grinder is you can use it for other things like nuts, spices, and herbs.
Cold brew infuser
If you love coffee, you probably love cold brew! Cold brew has much less acid, so it is easier on the stomach. You can make your own, or get this cool infuser.
Good French press
French press coffee is a treat! I used to make it on the weekends (back when I had free time LOL). It makes really good coffee. All coffee lovers need a good French press!
Coffee travel mug
An insulated mug is a MUST for coffee people. Especially when you are on the go all the time. I love all these color options! It will keep your coffee hot for 6 hours!
Insulated mug
Another thing that is great to have is an insulated mug. This is great for just around the house. It will keep your coffee hot for 3 hours!
Coffee storage
Coffee lovers need a really good coffee storage option! Coffee needs to be sealed in an air-tight container, so it is important to have one if you have a lot of coffee on hand. This one is cute and keeps everything fresh. It also releases CO2 (carbon dioxide) from the coffee beans!
So, if you love coffee, here are some essential items for you! Don’t forget to read this post on WHY coffee is good for you too!

HAPPY FRIDAY! Love all the coffee items – especially the compostable k-pods! Genius! I drink tea, but I can use some of these items. One note on the coffee grinder – keep separate grinders for coffee beans and for spices/nuts/seeds/etc. Don’t want to mix the oils/flavors. Have a great weekend!

The mugs are great for tea too! And I really love making tea in my keurig! Oh yes, very true for the grinder, thanks for the reminder 🙂

Hello Alexis, You are wonderful. Thank you so much for your tips. I’ve just read about the creamers I use, and I immediately stopped using them due to problems they create. Can you suggest a homemade creamer for my coffee???
Alexis says
Thank you! I actually have a homemade creamer recipe that’s really good:
You can swap coconut milk for dairy fee option!
