Our post today is an extensive breakdown of vitamins for your health!
When I took biochemistry, my favorite thing we learned about was vitamins! It was fascinating how vitamins actually worked in our bodies, but more so, how vitamins can’t function alone. They need carriers, binders, and other resources found in our body to be the most beneficial.
One of our readers favorite facts about vitamins is collagen. Collagen MUST have vitamin C to work properly and attached to tissue!
Chemistry allows us to better understand how vitamins work plus how they help our bodies function.
We have great sources reach out to us daily to share expert tips with Chemistry Cachet readers. This infographic we are sharing today is one of those really fantastic items to share with you!

I find this very interesting. I have always heard of vitamin D 3 & have never understood why I have been prescribed vitamin D 2 for rheumatoid arthritis. I don’t have any of the conditions listed under vitamin D2 so I am going to go back and study that information more when I’m not in the Carline at school. This is all very educational today. Thanks!

I have never been prescribed it for RA, but my mom prescribed it for some bone issues. Glad you enjoyed the article! 🙂
