Fancy Tea at Ashton Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth on Chemistrycachet.com

Happy Friday! It was a busy week for sure! I have been scrambling to get all my summer recipes posted to Chemistry Cachet. Monday I shared this Berry Cobbler (dairy-free!). I also shared a summer reading list yesterday for some fun poolside reads!

Today is all about our fancy tea at The Ashton Hotel in Fort Worth. I snapped most of the details of our tea. Today I wanted to share a few snippets!

If you don’t follow me on snapchat yet, add me with username alexisroch!

I had a fancy bachelorette party at the Ashton Hotel  last April. I wanted to do something unique and special for my friend of 27 years, and this was right up our alley! This is now an annual tradition for us. Or  maybe even more!

I love how they bring you an entire pot of tea and keep it refilled! I had the vanilla rose tea and my friend had the coconut blend. Both were absolutely delicious!

Those are just a couple of pics from Snapchat 🙂

I have to say my favorite from all the courses were these ginger scones with pineapple curd! It was heavenly! My other favorite treat was the salmon cakes!  They were delicious! Every part of the course was amazing.

If you ever find yourself in downtown Fort Worth, fancy tea at The Ashton Hotel is definitely a must!

Ah fancy tea!!! One of my favorite things that I don’t get to do very often. I wish I did! And is there anything better than a fresh scone? Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Friday Alexis! Afternoon tea with a dear friend is always a heart (and stomach) warmer. Everything sounds like it was delish! I want to learn to make pineapple curd. And scones. Enjoy your weekend – It’s almost August! 🙂

The vanilla rose tea sounds delish! My grandmother used to host tea parties all the time and I loved those little finger-size sandwiches and food.
