Happy Friday! I can’t believe this week is already over, how does time move so incredibly fast? This week was full of fall fun, although the weather is no longer fall like. Temperatures are back in the 90s again and looks like even warmer this weekend. Come on Texas!
We went pumpkin shopping at this cute little store downtown! I had the hardest time deciding which pumpkins to buy, they were all so adorable! We came home with a pretty white one and that huge 80 lb one that you can see above. Ruger is pretty sure that pumpkin is for him! He said “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown!” 😉 We also made some awesome cinnamon caramel kettle corn when we got back!
I had some really neat guest post’s this week. I did a fun post on chemical food additives for Krissy at Pretty Wee Things, check out Debunking the Chemical Maze with a chemist! I so feel you! I actually appreciate the warm weather (I hate being cold), but it would be nice if it would cool down a little. Like even just to the upper 70s. I’d take it.

Wow 80 lbs is crazy big! I have just a little white and orange one for my desk right now. The downsides of living in an apartment is not much space for seasonal decorations!
I remember when we lived in our apartment…I crammed WAY to many decorations for the holidays inside. I couldn’t help it though lol
Ruger is SO cute!! I can’t look at a dog and not smile :). I have yet to buy anything pumpkin. I know, crazy!! I want to make some pumpkin cookies but I’m the only one who eats them 🙂

Mine was well planned, but it just got thrown out the window… So I will try to go with the flow, and the housekeeping may have to wait a day. I didn’t know about your 2 posts on the other blogs, so I caught up and the studying/note taking one is so true… Writing and repetition works for me. In high school history we were allowed one 3×5 cheat card, both sides. I wrote my class notes, then typed them, then did my cheat card. Turns out I hardly used it! off to read your newsletter now. So excited to read it!
