4th of July Ideas

I can’t believe the 4th is only a few days away!! Since it is coming up, I wanted to share some 4th of July ideas along with our Friday Favorites.

Also, today is my MOM’s Birthday!! Happy Birthday Mom!!

This patriotic popcorn is so easy to make and so delicious! My husband and I ate the whole batch this week, so I will have to make more for the 4th!

A few years ago I shared this post for last minute 4th of July ideas that still has some great things you can do.

4th of july traditions

If you follow Chemistry Cachet on  instagram or snapchat, you know we have a tradition every year taking a photo in the same spot with Ruger. We started doing it when he was still small enough for me to hold him….now at 90 lbs we both have to hold him. It is hilarious, and I can’t wait to do it again this year!

Other recipes I love for the 4th are this blueberry cream float and these patriotic mini cakes!

Chemistry Cachet Class

I had my class Monday night for some local ladies, Chemistry Secrets to Healthy Eating. It was a blast! They had so many great questions too. I will be sharing a full post next week because I think everyone can benefit from some of their questions and the topics we talked about. We had some fun giveaways at the end too! Everyone got some fun goodies to go home with 🙂

We also talked a little about this post from Monday on Stevia! Everyone was so surprised to learn some of these facts.

Other Posts from this Week:

DIY hummingbird food! This is perfect for summer and we have some great tips for keeping your feeder clean too.

summer coffee

I couldn’t resist this cute flamingo cup when I was at the store last week. Perfect for summer coffee 🙂

crepe myrtles

The crepe myrtles are always the last plants to bloom in the summer, but they are so beautiful! I have a big one in the front yard and a big one in the backyard. They are so pretty!

I hope everyone has a great 4th of July!!

Happy Independence Day friend! Love those annual pics of Ruger – such a cutie… Happy Birthday to your mom!!! So jealous that I don’t live local to attend your class – sounds like SO MUCH FUN AND INFORMATION! Did you video it, by chance!? Enjoy your weekend… I’ll be local and protecting Daisy from all the bad (illegal) fireworks!!!
