I just realized as I wrote this post that it’s the last Friday of June!! That blows my mind!
The past few weeks, I keep saying or planning all these summer things I want to do, but I realized, I better get a move on it since time is flying by so fast!
You know it’s summer here when the Mimosa trees start blooming. Aren’t they pretty! Those wispy pink flowers smell so heavenly too!
I have been having my smoothie outside on the weekends. I just love this time a day in the summer because it isn’t too hot yet! I have been sharing all my smoothie details on snapchat, but this was a frozen banana, cinnamon one and it was so good!
I shared on instgram last week that there are so many projects going on right now for us. There is some really fun things coming to Chemistry Cachet soon, so I have been busy experimenting in the kitchen all week. I will be showing some behind the scenes on one project next week (Tuesday!), so feel free to add me to snapchat (username alexisroch) or instagram. My other project will start on Monday! It involves a summer bbq remake with some fun recipe creations!! I can’t wait to share with you 🙂
I shared my fun old-fashioned summer to-do list on Wednesday, and I stumbled across this picture. We went to the beach a few years ago with some friends (we’ve been friends 28 years!), and it was so relaxing and fun. We got up each morning to watch the sun come up over the ocean and it was the best. No make up, pajamas (aka old Marine Corps shirts lol) and the beach = the best! I need to get to the beach ASAP. All these pictures make me really miss it!

I love mimosa trees! Unfortunately, they don’t grow where I live now. I don’t get to see them anymore, except in beautiful pictures like yours!
