October SunsetSimplicity is best sometimes, don’t you think? This week was a little hectic, but it was the simple moments I enjoyed most. Like this sunset! We were taking a late walk one evening and it looked like this for a brief moment, but then faded. Luckily I got a good picture πŸ™‚

We had so much rain last weekend from the hurricane that hit Mexico, and some cooler weather which was awesome!  I am so excited for Halloween tomorrow. I also have some last minute Halloween inspiration for you this week πŸ™‚

Fall mums in my DIY stone cauldron platner on chemistrycachet.comI planted this mum a few weeks ago in my DIY stone cauldron planter and it is finally blooming. I had no idea it would be a pinkish purple, but I was pleasantly surprised!

baking essentialsNow that it is fall and the weather is cooler, everyone has been ordering cookies! I spent some time this week making a bunch. The house smelled amazing! I cannot live without this cookie scoop and these measuring cups when I bake.

Last minute Halloween InspirationI’ve shared some of my FAVORITE Halloween treats this month, so if you need some last minute inspiration for Halloween, check some of these out! // 1. Honey Caramel Apples // 2. Microwave Kettle Corn  // 3. Hocus Pocus Potion // 4. The BEST Halloween Movies

Silly BulldogOf course I have to include a Ruger picture this week…every time I am in the kitchen baking, he flops under my feet like this trying to get my attention! Sometimes he will lay on his back with his feet straight in the air for a LONG time. He is silly! If you missed it, check out his pumpkin carving experience! I also shared some of our favorite Halloween Memories yesterday πŸ™‚

Happy Halloween! I hope you enjoy the weekend!

P.s – my November newsletter comes out soon! Last month, I shared some fun recipes and behind the scenes. This month will be even better πŸ™‚ Sign up in the box below!

Living in the UK, I was never big on Halloween. I only got into it when I lived in Canada and had kids. Then when I came back to the UK, I found it had caught on here in a big way and has been growing ever since. Your recipes sound amazing but as I can’t eat sugar in any form, all I can do is look!!!
