Happy December Y'all!

Happy December Y’all!

How is is already December?? I can’t believe Christmas is coming up soon!

Happy December

I shared this on instagram Wednesday, everyone got a kick out of it lol It’s Ruger’s last Christmas as an only child, so this is how he feels about it

But Ruger really loves Christmas! Most days he sleeps under the Christmas tree and will even stare at it for hours.

The weather has been unusually warm with temperatures around 80. We have spent more time outside which Ruger loves, especially playing fetch. Why is he so photogenic??

New on Chemistry Cachet

Next week we have a gingerbread sugar scrub to share plus some great information on castor oil for skin! I am excited to share it!

Also, this week we had a really good post all about extending the life of your real Christmas tree. There are so many myths online about things you can do, most are not scientifically accurate. So we have all that in the post too!

Thanksgiving cranberries

I took a bunch of pictures on Thanksgiving since we had it at our house. I haven’t gotten them all off my camera, but I everyone loves these frosted cranberries! They are also really fun to make for Christmas and New Year’s! Here is the recipe!

Have a great weekend!

Love the photo of you and Ruger! Lola does the same inquisitive look as his in the second photo. I’m a sucker for bulldogs and their antics/mannerisms. Happy Friday!

I am so jealous of your nice warm temps. We were thrilled that it was almost 50 here today. We only needed sweatshirts and not winter coats to go outside.

I always wish it was a little cooler here around Christmas, but I sure am glad we have warmer weather when it gets to be January or February. Of course in Texas, we can have really cold winters too lol

Aw, Ruger’s poor face! That’s adorable he likes to sleep under the tree and watch it! My dog pretty much leaves it alone, but I like to think she enjoys it! LOL

It’s funny how much he loves the tree! When he was a puppy, he was constantly trying to chew on it lol. Thankfully, he doesn’t anymore!

Frosted cranberries? I’m totally intrigued! I’ve been making my own cranberry sauce, but I can always use a new recipe. Thanks for sharing!
