Last month, we shared a post introducing the new app from Healthline for RA! I wanted to come back and let you know how it has been going!
The RA Healthline App is unlike any other apps I have used before, so if you have rheumatoid arthritis, you will enjoy this post today.
My Favorite Part About The RA Healthline App
The best part of this incredible app is the community and conversation.
I mentioned in the post last month all the features of the app. It has different tabs and categories, so you can really narrow down what you are looking for.
Something I really have enjoyed is this supportive community. So many people going through the same things you are! I never knew there were so many people going through similar experiences.
Be sure to head over to my Instagram page for story updates too.
Daily Conversations In The RA Healthline App
There are so many conversations happening daily on the app. Each time you open the app, you will see new posts from members. Some members just want to say hi, others need advice, and many just want to share their struggles with people who understand them.
Many of the topics we discuss are things like foot wear, pain management, favorite foods, exercise, and so much more.
I have learned from other rheumatoid arthritis warriors and also helped them too!
One of the conversations I loved the other day was from a member saying what do you do to get through an infusion? The replies were flooded with other members giving all their tips! Some people have been doing this for decades, so they have so much knowledge.
Live Chats In The RA Healthline App
Along with the conversations, I really enjoy the live chats! Throughout the week, there are different live chats starting at 5pm PST/ 8pm EST! In fact, I hosted one on the 28th all about alternative pain management therapies specifically acupuncture. I shared my experience, and members chatted about their experience! I loved learning what other RA patients have tried and gone through.
We had an awesome chat, and so many people learned new tips!
I will be hosting another live chat on July 6th at 5pm PST/ 8pm EST all about recipes and foods that help RA! I can’t wait to check out what everyone is talking about!
There are so many topics we have had for live chats. We have talked about Pets, Family, Physical Therapy, Exercise, Medication, What NOT To Say To Someone With RA, and so much more.
If you struggle with RA, have had it for years, or newly diagnosed, you will find the best community on the RA Healthline App. I am so thankful I am member, and I continue to enjoy connecting with others who are just like me!
Have you downloaded the app? I hope to see you there!
