There are several ways to take this supplement since it is in liquid form.
You can take 1-2 tbsp a day straight since it has such a great flavor. If you want to mix it with another drink, this is also an option. Or you can mix it with some water, and take it like that.
I have personally been taking 1 tbsp each morning in the little shot glass it comes with right after breakfast.

My Personal Results Taking This Collagen So Far:

Nails
I am actually blown away with how strong my nails have gotten. Just two weeks into taking this, my nails are hard and strong, and they have grown a lot. I put a clear coat on top of them, and I had several people ask me where I got my French manicure lol My mom in particular was very surprised how healthy my nails got in such a short time. The picture above is two weeks into taking this liquid collagen and my nails are much stronger and growing longer.
Hair
My hair growth has also increased in just a short time. You can see the thinning area on the side of my head has improved. You can see some before and after pictures of my hair below in the areas I have experienced thinning.
Skin
Another thing I have noticed after several weeks is how bright my skin looks. Overall, it looks much more hydrated compared to before!
Diet
This supplement does help keep you full for longer. I take it after breakfast, and I don’t feel hungry until lunch. I usually snack in between breakfast and lunch because I get so hungry. This was a noticeable benefit for me after just a few days.
How Long Does This Take To Work?

I have rheumatoid arthritis in my right knee, but I have osteoarthritis in my left knee. The collagen helps the osteo arthritis a lot. It doesn’t make much of a difference when I have having an RA flare though
I would like to start a quality collagen supplement, but it cannot have a bovine source as I am allergic to mammals and their derivatives. Can you recommend an alternative to those of us with the Alpha Gal Allergy?
The other alternative to the bovine collagen is a marine sourced collagen. This brand doesn’t make one just yet, but there are several options out there you might have good luck with. This brand is good quality, and I have used their protein before.

Hi! I take a biologic as well for rheumatoid arthritis and have not had issues with this so far. If I take too much vitamin C, I do have negative effects from that. This has vitamin C in it, but it is a lower dose and has thankfully not bothered my RA! The collagen itself does not interfere with medication. I always recommending checking with your doctor though for your specific medication and for your specific disease just to be safe 🙂 For stomach issues, it doesn’t bother mine. I take it after breakfast when I have a full stomach!

What is the difference between this and Like the vital proteins?
This contains vitamin C and hyaluronic acid as well, so it is more effective. It also is liquid form, so absorbed better. I have had better results using this one than I did with the vital proteins brand.
