I got a bag of these delicious healthy pumpkin spice latte energy bars in the mail last month, and I was really impressed with how much they tasted like pumpkin!
These are the only energy bars I use, and I shared them with you in February!
My favorite thing to do is keep a bar or two in my gym bag and purse because it is always when I need some type of pick me up.
Anyways, I wanted to share with you again why I enjoy these and also make sure everyone knew about their seasonal flavor.

As you can see, it is gluten-free and dairy-free with minimal ingredients.
All the caffeine comes from green tea, so you will not get jitters like you would from drinking a coffee!
They are small in size, so you can even eat this before exercising and it won’t be too much.
Like I said, I don’t drink energy drinks or eat energy bars because they are bad for you and typically make me feel sick! When I first started using these earlier in the year, I was impressed with the ingredients and the energy it gave me without feeling crazy lol!
