  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees. Spray an 8×8 pan and set aside
  2. First, mix up the dry ingredients until well incorporated.
  3. Add in the oil and milk, then stir until just combined and free of most lumps.
  4. Add to the pan, and bake about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Recipe Notes

If you don’t like the taste or smell of coconut, always use refined coconut oil. It has zero taste or scent 🙂
