Dairy-free Gluten-free Vanilla Glazed Donuts

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the first seven ingredients (all the dry) until mixed together evenly.
  4. Next, add in the wet ingredients, mixing until evenly incorporated.
  5. Divide evenly into donut pan (my pan holds six donuts, so I did two batches). You will get about 12 donuts out of this.
  6. Bake about 10 minutes or until baked through. Don’t overcook though!
  7. Meanwhile, mix up the glaze ingredients. Start with 3 tsp of milk, and use a little more if necessary. I like a few different textures for this. One is thick like an icing, the other (with more milk) is thin like a glaze consistency. You can use either one or both! You can also eliminate it! 🙂
  8. Allow donuts to cool, then dip into the icing/glaze.
  9. Enjoy!
