First, cut up your watermelon into chunks, then freeze overnight. Make sure this is ripe, sweet watermelon!
In a good blender, blend the watermelon, coconut yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth. Add in ice for thicker texture if needed. Feel free to add in a tiny dash of vanilla extract for more flavor.
This is one big serving, or two small!
