In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder, cinnamon, flax meal, and sugar. Additional stevia is optional if you like REALLY sweet scones!
In another bowl, combine vanilla, coconut oil, applesauce, and ripe banana until mixed together. If you really want a strong, delicious banana flavor, add in some banana extract! That is optional though.
Add in the dry mixture to the wet mixture a little at a time. Then, take your hands and form it into a ball once everything is mixed together.
Put on a sprayed baking sheet or pan, then slightly tap down.
Cut into four squares, like a pie. You can also do eight smaller ones!
Put some chocolate chips on top, bake about 15-20 minutes.
