On the stove (or microwave), heat the water to boiling. Add in the tea bags, then steep for 3 minutes.
Promptly remove tea bags, then add in the coconut sugar and honey. Stir until dissolved.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
In a blender, add this tea mixture along with the oil, strawberries, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Add in the vanilla frozen coconut yogurt and plus for a few seconds.
Depending on the sweetness of your strawberries, you may need to add a little more sweetener at this point. My strawberries were really ripe and sweet, so I didn’t need any additional. If making this for kids, they may want it more sweet!
Add to your popsicle mold, or to an ice cube tray. You can really add it to any type of cup that freezes well.
Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
To remove popsicles, sit out on the counter for a few minutes or run under water for a few seconds. Enjoy!
