Today we are reviewing skincare products I’ve completely finished part two! Also, some makeup products in there for you also:)

Last May, I shared this post full of the the skincare products I had used completely.

Everyone enjoyed this post!

Many people asked me to continue sharing this type of post throughout the year.

Since I test so many products for this blog and rotate skincare products, it can be helpful to learn from me what I really thought about products after they are finished.

You will notice, some of these are products I have purchased SO many times. This is how you know they are good!

Let’s get started!

Review Of Skincare Products I’ve Completely Finished Part II

Review Of Skincare Products I've Completely Finished Part 2

Just a reminder, I rotate my skincare products. You can read more about that in this post we published last month.

Also, you can follow us on Instagram to get videos like this and so much great skincare information!

List of Skincare Products I Have Completely Finished + Honest Review on Each One:

La Roche – Posay Lipikar Wash

I can honestly say, this is by far one of the best products I have ever used for eczema prone skin. Not only eczema, but super dry skin. Their product line is one of the best I have used. This body wash is a staple for me now after trying it out for the first time in 2020.

La Roche – Posay Lipikar Balm

Their body cream is also amazing! This was also featured in our post last year, and I continue to purchase it! It has been so helpful for my hand eczema too.

Frownies Facial Patches

You might remember me sharing these in our popular post about old-fashioned skincare tips that actually work. I always keep these on hand, and just finished another box of them. They are non-invasive wrinkle patches that do one thing. It simply relaxes your muscles which softens wrinkles. I like to put them on my forehead area! I plan to do a full post on them later this year because they are really cool.

Pink Diamond Instant Lifting Serum

I would have never purchased this on my own due to the price, but it was in my Fab Fit box back in the fall. I was very impressed with this serum. I noticed immediate tightening in my skin after using it just once. I used it twice per day, and it had immediate results. Would I purchase it again? Maybe, but the price is higher than most things I like.

Fleur and Bee Vitamin C Serum

This is a product you have seen many times on my Instagram and website now. I love their brand, and the vitamin C is one of my favorites. Simple ingredients that work well. Vitamin C is one of the best ingredients in your skincare for nourishing, brightening, and aging.

AHAVA Cleansing Gel

Cleansing gels can be a hit or miss, but I liked this one! It is very light and gentle, and removed makeup well too. I think it works just as well as others I have used, so I am not sure I would necessarily purchase it again. But if you are a cleansing gel fan, I would definitely try it.

Good Science Beauty Skin Firming Cream

I have gone through so many bottles of this now.  The firming cream continues to be my favorite face cream. Many of you have purchased it over the years as well and I love hearing your feedback on it! If you use this link, you can get 30% off their website by the way.

Thrive Mascara

This is the sixth bottle of this mascara I have used! I love it, and give it to my friends as gifts. I have never had much luck with mascara, but this is the best!

TruSelf Organics Soothing Mask

If you have followed me for awhile, you have seen this product over the years. I love it! It smells so fresh and clean, but makes my face bright, smooth, and helps calm redness. It lasts forever too! This is my third container, and I have used it since 2018 or so.

Tula Facial Mist

Most TULA products I really like, but this was a miss for me. The solution got really chunky and it made my skin red. I couldn’t even finish the bottle. With that being said, I have a friend who loves it! So, hard to say if it was just my skin. I really love their night cream though.

The Ordinary Buffet

I have been using this product since 2017 or so. It is one of my favorite serums! I actually really enjoy all of their products, but I think this is one of the best general serums they have.

ELF Poreless Primer

ELF is one of my favorite makeup products, and this primer is a continued purchase for me. It makes foundation go on really smooth. I like it better than any primer I have used before!

Verso Super Eye Serum

This product was okay, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It didn’t really wow me, and it is a little pricey.

Dr Brandt Under Eye Baggage

Generally, I love Dr. Brandt products, but this was a huge waste of money for me. It only creased and turned chalky under my eyes. Then, when I tried to put on makeup, it looked crusty. I tried using it alone without makeup, but it just looked like orange chalk.

Dr Brandt Microdermabrasian Scrub

The microdermabrasian scrub was awesome though! I loved it, and I plan to purchase more when I change up my face scrubs. It made my skin so soft and smooth using it every 2-3 days. It lasted forever as well. I used a small dab and it lasted 4-5 months for me.

Clove & Hollow Concealer

My favorite clean concealer! I only use this concealer now because it doesn’t make my eczema act up which most concealers do.

Khiels Face Cream

Many influencers have talked about and shared this brand. I purchased this face cream last year to test it out. I think it was okay, but I don’t think I will buy it again. It wasn’t the best I have used.  I am really loving this facial toner they have though. I will be sharing more about that soon when I finish the bottle 🙂

Well, this was long and there are so many products mentioned here. I hope this continues to be helpful for you to see what is worth buying and what to skip! It is fun for me to buy things and test them out, and then share my honest review with you!

A lot of these products I haven’t heard of so have never used but would like to try. One question I have though is what order do you use them in? I’m never sure if it matters but maybe you could do a post on that topic.

Good question! We have a post on how to apply skincare products step by step here. I am actually working on a new post for next month on “how to layer skincare products” so you will like that one too! It will be published end of January 🙂
