This drink is SOOOO easy and super delicious!
Frappé coffee is defined as a Greek iced coffee drink made from instant coffee. Fun fact, it was accidentally invented by Nescafe (my FAVORITE instant coffee brand) in 1957. In French, when you refer to a drink, frappé means chilled.
Either way…it is good!
I love all things coffee and chocolate, but together it is one of my favorite combinations! When I studied chocolate for my chemical research in college, I experimented with different chocolate flavors and combinations. I made this drinks all the time, especially when I was up late studying!
SKINNY Mocha Frappé
- 1/2 cup strong instant coffee (or try your own Cold Brew!)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup (or syrup of your choice)
- 2 tbsp stevia (or sweetener that measures like sugar)
- 1-2 cups of ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until well combined. I like mine really icy, so I add two cups of ice. If you prefer a less icy texture, use one cup. Top with whipped cream and additional syrup if desired 🙂
This is one of my favorite, easy ways to enjoy coffee in the afternoon. Plus, it tastes WAY better than Starbucks (and way cheaper too 🙂 )

As I have mentioned before, I love chocolate so much, it was part of my research in college. I am excited to be sharing not only some more chocolate recipes coming up, but also some fun facts about chocolate too. Stay Tuned 🙂
Have a wonderful day!

Happy Monday Alexis. It’s been a pretty good day – what a blessing (and for a Monday). This drink looks delicious and very caloric…
Since chocolate was your research in college, did you do a lot of experimenting and research? Or, should I say did you eat your research? 🙂
Have a good day/evening!
