I am writing this post because it is something I have personally needed to do for awhile! These are the best Christmas decoration storage items that will making storing easier, safer, and protect your items.

This Christmas season as I took down my MANY boxes of storage, I realized I needed to be better organized when it comes to storing my Christmas decorations.

A few years ago, I invested in a wreath storage container, and a Christmas tree storage bag. Those made things MUCH easier! I decided this year to go one step further and get storage devices for other things.

I wanted to share this post with you today so it can hopefully make your life easier as you pack up your Christmas decoration this year!

The Best Christmas Decoration Storage Items (To Make Storing Easier!)

Christmas Tree Storage

This little bag is really handy. It fits up to a 9 foot tree. It will make it easier to put in the attic, as well as make it easier to get the tree in the bag. I have the hardest time getting my tree back in the original box, then I end up damaging it! I definitely recommend getting one of these for your tree.

Wreath Storage Bag

This is another thing I purchased that has made things much easier. It fits up to a 30″ wreath. It has kept mine safe and has been very easy to bring into the attic.

Christmas Ball Ornament Storage

If you have Christmas Balls without containers, it is so hard to store them without getting damaged. This container will hold 112 Christmas ornaments and keep them safe!

Red Christmas Ornament Box

This 12x12x12 box is another great option for Christmas ornaments. The lid comes off and on easy plus it has handles on the side to make it easier to carry!

Christmas Light Wind Up Storage

These are   really cheap, but will keep your Christmas lights from tangling up! I have the hardest time with all of my lights getting tangled up which eventually damages them.

Christmas Lights Storage Wheels

They also have the  storage wheel options for lights which are great for outdoor lights! This is a great way to store them so they don’t get damaged too!

Wrapping Paper Storage and Organizer

I also buy wrapping paper at the end of the season on sale, but it is really hard to store. I love this wrapping paper storage!  This makes it so easy to store ribbon and tags too.

Large Clear Containers with Locking Lid

Theseare a little pricier than some you find at the store, but they are worth it because they are very durable. They hold up well to weather and the lid stays secure! I put almost everything in these containers.

I know these are going to make storing my Christmas decorations SO much easier this year! And for many years to come too!

Merry post Christmas! It’s the season to get things organized. My most controlled box is the under the bed storage for wrappings. I store everything Christmas related here including tags. Then I slide it under the guest bed for another year. All my other occasion wrappings are stored in the central closet in clear plastic bins…I separate ribbons, tissue, gift bags. Still working on the rolls which stand in a corner.

That is a smart idea! I have an organizer under my bed for some things like this too. I need to get that container for my wrapping paper rolls!

Great ideas. I love the light storage so they don’t get all tangled up. I could probably use the wrapping paper storage too.
