Today we have a great list of the coziest and best teas for winter. This is a fun post to get you through the rest of these cold, dreary days!

Obviously, everyone knows I love coffee, but here is something so comforting about a nice hot cup of tea when it is cold outside. We have shared with you my AWESOME list of autumn teas to try, and now I want to share with you the perfect, coziest best teas for winter!

Tea is also an amazing chemical that as a scientist I love to explore. Green tea is definitely a great choice for your health, but all teas are just as delicious and good for you. Click the links to find the product 🙂

The Coziest & Best Teas for Winter

The best teas for winter

By the way, be sure to read this post for all your leftover tea bags! You can do something really neat with them.

One. sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride Herb Tea

This sounds like it is only for Christmas, but it is probably my favorite tea for winter. It is an herbal tea, so you can enjoy it at anytime of the day. It most definitely tastes like a sugar cookie and I love it! You can also really step up the game by turning it into a frosted sugar cookie creamy tea! Pair this will almost any sweet treat.

Two.  Gingerbread Spice Tea

This is another celestial holiday tea, but I drink this all winter. It is slightly spicy, but it also has a rich flavor. My mom loves this tea because you can steep it for awhile and get a really strong flavor. She is a coffee drinker and loves strong things. This tea is also good to add to thinks like this hot chocolate recipe. This is a good breakfast tea too!

Three. Winter Spice Herbal Tea

Obviously this made the list for the best teas for winter since it is specifically a winter spice tea, but it really is the perfect tea for winter. It has a flavor of cinnamon and vanilla without being to sweet or too strong. I can only find this online, so I stock up each winter.

Four. Winter White Earl Grey Tea

Harney and Son’s has some of the best teas. This one is so delicious! White tea has such a light flavor, even non tea drinkers like it. My husband isn’t a tea or coffee fan, but he likes this one. I always add a little bit of honey and lemon to compliment the flavors.

Five. Tazo Cocoa Mint Mate Tea

This stuff literally taste like mint chocolate. It is so good! I have to add a little sweetener to it, but not much since the flavor is so good! I always keep this stuff on hand if I can.

Six. Cinnamon Vanilla Herbal Tea

I love the cinnamon and vanilla combination in this one! It is the perfect combination and it isn’t too overwhelming with cinnamon as some teas are. It is an herbal tea, so I love having this one at night while I read! Or by the fire 😉 By the way, I like  to use a tea diffuser for making tea, here is a Similar Tea Infuser to the one I use.

Seven. The Republic Of Tea Organic Peppermint Bark Herb Tea

I just tried this tea a few weeks ago and I am hooked! It is like a mix of cocoa and peppermint…like peppermint bark! I recently steeped this and mixed it with my skinny peppermint mocha instead of water, and OH MY, it was good!

Eight. Bigelow Tea Herb Tea Peppermint

Lastly is this peppermint tea. I have tried dozens of peppermint teas, but Bigelow is my favorite one. I always get sick at my stomach after I take my medicines, so peppermint tea is always a must have. It is the best for upset stomachs!

So, there are my top eight best teas for winter! I hope you get to try out a new one soon because they are the best during the winter months! If you prefer coffee, I am many recipes for that like Belgian Cookie Coffee, Hot Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee, or even a Crockpot Latte.

I hope you enjoy the best teas for winter, and have fun trying out something new!

I’ve tried the peppermint bark tea and so agree with you. I was given an infuser as a gift for Christmas and and hoping to drink a little more (but not give up my coffee).

Happy 2016 Alexis! I recently tried Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane tea at the hair salon. It’s decaf green tea plus vanilla and mint. So Good ! Of course my store didn’t have it, but I got peppermint instead. I heard of how soothing peppermint tea can be and wanted to try it myself. For my first cup, the tea bag broke, so I had swirls of tea dustings in the cup, but it was good!

I wrote in my Thankful Friday last week how my new obsession is WInter Spice Tea. My favorite right now. I love new teas and trying them all. You have some others on this list I’ve tried and currently have stocked in my tea box. Green tea is my morning go to with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a teaspoon of local honey. Winter Spice is my afternoon delight. Like you, a book, a cup of tea and a blanket. Sometimes, a dog or two joins me.

Hi! I picked your link to read because I drink lots of tea during winter. And coffee! During summer I quit tea. Cinnamon and vanilla is one of my favorite flavours or cinnamon and apple! Last year I discovered gingerbread and now I use it in everything and gingerbread tea has also become a fav! I drink green tea also but I mix others in it as I don’t find it tasty enough. I tried 6-9 brands maybe! Your tea pot and cup are lovely! Enjoyed reading! #PitStop
