Can you believe it’s already the middle of March???
And spring is in just a few days!
I am so excited to finally have raw honey again for my morning collagen concoction! I was out for about a month, and let me tell you, raw honey makes ALL the difference for my joints. This drink is such a lifesaver for me each morning. After this, I always have a green smoothie too. And I have been adding alkaline water the past month. Read more about the benefits of alkaline water from Tuesday’s post 🙂
Every Saturday, I help out at my grandmother’s ranch. I love getting to help with the cows and property. Last weekend it was so windy, I was throwing hay all over the cows…she was NOT amused by this lol
If you love houseplants, make sure to read this post from Monday! These tips on shining the leaves and feeding your indoor plants have made SUCH a difference for mine!
This time of year, the sunrises and sunsets are so pretty! Especially now that the days are longer, it seems to intensify the sky! This was the sunrise the other morning from my back window, it was so pretty!
These delicious copycat Mound Bars will be on the blog Monday! They are gluten-free, dairy-free, but are SO good. I have been addicted to them, and already need to make another batch. Keep an eye for the recipe Monday 🙂
Happy Weekend!!

Happy Friday Alexis! Great picture of your grandmother’s cow/farm – I’m sure she cherishes the time you spend with her. I “found” alkaline water – how much do I need to drink per day? 8-12 ounces? Do you drink it all the time? Going to try the plant “cleaner” – going to need lots of milk! Have a great weekend – it’s “clean the yard before the next rain” weekend!
Alexis says
I started with 8oz and now do 12. I do it at least 5 days a week or try to! Let me know how it goes for you. And I hope you enjoy the plant spray too!! Have a great weekend!!
