Flowers That Are Good For Those With Allergies

The allergy season is in HIGH swing for us. For those that suffer from allergy symptoms, it is so important to steer clear of flowers that can add to your symptoms. This picture shows the top flowers to avoid when you are dealing with allergies. The great news is you can still enjoy flowers by choosing a hypoallergenic species.

The hypoallergenic flowers are great to keep in mind. I absolutely love roses and geraniums for this reason!

To grow the prettiest geraniums in pots, check out these tips. For roses, we have six tips to get the biggest and prettiest blooms!

Flower Choices for Boosting Your Mood

This is probably one of my favorite things about flowers! They can really boost your mood. They are my favorite type of therapy. On the list again is my favorites like geraniums and roses!

It is amazing to me that I can be having a stressful day, but just the sight of these flowers puts me in a happy mood.

Flower Options for Health

For centuries, herbs and flowers have been used for numerous medicinal purposes. I love studying the chemicals in certain flowers that can work for your health.

One of my favorite ways to use flowers is in herbal teas. They have so many health benefits like combating headaches, stress, blood pressure, fatigue, and more!

Dangerous Flowers to Avoid if You Have Kids or Pets

I also love how this list contains some flowers to be on the lookout for. I know my bulldog is curious about plants, so I make sure to not keep anything around he might get into! If you have kids or pets, this is an important list to keep in mind.

Great information and I love the chart! the peace lily is unusual – helps remove mold from the air, yet is also toxic to kids and pets. I keep mine on a high table… and daisy doesn’t care…
