My favorite hack/tip (so far) is using salt to clean up greasy dishes… I used salt on a grease baking sheet after roasting a chicken AND on a pot after making an oil-based sauce. The salt soaked up the grease, a few swishes with a paper towel to dispose of the salt, and less than half the time to wash the dishes – and no greasy water or sink!!! LOVE!!!
Alexis says
Yes!! I love that too! It makes cleaning nasty grease so much better. So glad it’s helped you too!

Oh Alexis I don’t think I can keep it at just one. So many tips and I look forward to Instagram posts too as that is usually my first glimpse into the next post. And it is always something I wonder about. Talk about timing. I love the tips about food since I am such a clean eating machine and learning about certain details behind food is always so helpful. Ex: decaf coffee verses regular. I now limit my intake and stay away from decaf due to the chemical processing involved. See who would know. You do all the research so thank you.

Thank you Michelle! I love this, it is so neat getting to share research on these topics especially when there is so much contradicting information out there! I am so happy you benefit from them 🙂

Your green tea body scrub with rose infusion is made absolute favorite to this day! Excellent for exfoliating your skin and it leaves your skin feeling silky smooth.
