    I love the coziest and best teas for winter. I am not a coffee drinker and actually can not even stand the smell of coffee so different teas or hot chocolates are great for me.

    I really enjoyed and utilized your “How to Remove Bugs From Plants Before Bringing Inside This Winter” post. I container garden and bring some of my plants in every winter. Every winter I have a bug problem. Thanks so much for the information. Oh, I always have a bottle of Dawn on hand. I use that @#&$ on everything. 😀

    My favorite blog post is the one on Ivory Soap, titled “FASCINATING HISTORY, SCIENCE, AND USES OF IVORY SOAP” from 8-18-20. I grew up with Ivory Soap, but I had always heard that the floating aspect of the soap was an accident. Until I read your post, I didn’t know that the creator of the soap had engineered it to float over a decade earlier, according to his lab notes.

    Hi Alexis – love the site, it’s always good to see the science behind the ideas you share. I’ve tried a couple of cleaning ideas and they worked well. I’m in the UK, so it’s sometimes fun figuring out the ingredients as we don’t always have the same name for things. Google is my friend at that point and I can usually get it sorted.
