Up until last year, I was always a cream and sugar girl in my coffee. If it wasn’t sweet and creamy, I just couldn’t handle it. Then one day, I had to switch to black coffee and absolutely love it!
Since I got a Keurig for Christmas, I have been trying so many different types. This is a roundup of the best tasting coffees to try for Keurigs. If you don’t have a Keurig, these coffees are good in regular coffee pots too : )

I only use my keurig occassionaly or when I have company over. I keep different types available so everyone can choose whichever type they want!

This is the Keurig I have, and I really enjoy it! Super easy to use!
Gevalia Dark Royal Roast
This is a dark roast, but has such a smooth flavor. I don’t always like Arabic coffee because many roasts have a bitter after taste, but this one does not! You can also make this into 12 oz and it still has a nice strong coffee flavor.
Turn this into a Macchiato with this delicious coconut milk macchiato!
Folgers Gourmet Selections
I don’t typically buy flavored coffee, but Folgers has some really great options for K cups. I love their coffeehouse selections, and this one is such a fun treat!

Green Mountain Coffee Colombian Fair Trade Select
Green Mountain also has such a good coffee for K cups. This one is a nice strong flavor, but doesn’t have any bitterness to it. I have also tried this half caff one with less caffeine. Remember this important post on decaffeinated coffee? This half caff one is a good option for less caffeine if you need it for dietary reasons 🙂
Caribou Coffee
You have probably seen me with this on instagram, but I think it is my favorite one so far! It is so smooth. It also taste good with all types of creamer. I love it!
Donut Shop Medium Roast Extra Bold
There are many different Donut Shop coffees, but I really liked this roast the best. It was strong, but not too strong on flavor. The regular one of this brand was a little to weak for me, but this roast was perfect!
I did not like any Starbucks brands for the K cup. It was so bitter! As you can tell, I really prefer medium to dark roasted coffee because weak coffee is the worst! Now that I don’t add anything else to it, I must have a good flavor! This list is definitely the best tasting coffees for Keurig you will try.

I just tried the Donut Shop coffee last week and was a fan! Not too strong since I can’t handle dark coffee yet not too light in caffeine because what’s the point of drinking coffee? Medium is just right for me.
Yes, it is such a good in between! Totally, drinking light coffee is just too watered down for my taste!

When u brew these coffees in the Keurig what size are u brewing? 6, 8 or 12 oz
I use 8 oz for medium roasts since it will make it a bit stronger. For dark or strong roasts, I always use 12 oz 🙂
I love coffee ever since I was a child. I used to drink milked-down versions with my dad early on Saturday and Sunday mornings when he was off work. I love having that memory and have kept the love for coffee all my life.
