Happy October! Truly one of the best months of the year :) One. I am loving all the wonderful fresh apples in the store this time of year. My favorite by far are Fuji, which I buy all year. I always sample new types in the fall. I love baking with Braeburn apples. I bought some a few days ago to make my rustic apple scones, and it turned out great! Two.
