July is the heart of summer, in my opinion! I guess it dates back to being a kid, when July was the last full month of summer for us, so I had to take FULL advantage of July everyday year.
Words that describe summery drinks are always light, refreshing, and healthy. I mean who wants to load up on something too filling or heavy before a day at the pool, ya know?
That is why I have been coming up with a ton of options for you this summer! I like to keep things light at home, and since I can’t have alcohol due to health problems (read more here), I try to make my drinks as festive as possible!
Today, I wanted to round up five of everyone’s favorite summer inspired drinks so far! These healthy, Refreshing Summer Drinks are so easy to make, you can whip up a new one everyday this week ๐
1. Creamy Pineapple Slush (Better than Sonic!)
2. Old-fashioned Cream Soda Float
3. Refreshing TWO ingredient Green Tea
4. Strawberry Cake Frappuccino that’s LOW calorie!
I hope you enjoy this collection of five easy and healthy refreshing summer drinks!
