Fresh Apples in The Fall chemistrycachet.comHappy October! Truly one of the best months of the year 🙂

One. I am loving all the wonderful fresh apples in the store this time of year. My favorite by far are Fuji, which I buy all year. I always sample new types in the fall. I love baking with Braeburn apples. I bought some a few days ago to make my rustic apple scones, and it turned out great!

Fall Hibiscus chemistrycache.comTwo. After cleaning up all my plants and yard (using my checklist), everything seems to be blooming again. My hibiscus plants are going crazy with blooms! Although they aren’t as vivid this time of year, I still love the flowers.

For the Newsletter Pumpkin Cookie Muffin BitesThree. In addition to loving fresh apples in the store, I totally love pumpkin everything this time of year. I just made another batch of these yesterday, they are perfect with coffee. This will be one of the recipes in my newsletter, which comes out any day:) They are really yummy and totally addicting. I put a spin on them to, so they are better for you! Don’t forget to sign up below!

Bulldog LoveFour. I love him…I put this one on instagram this week because it was the sweetest thing ever! Ruger always sticks his tongue out when he wants attention 🙂

Krylon Glitter spray on chemistrycachet.comFive. I just finished up a really cute, easy DIY for fall that will go live next week. It, of course, involves spray paint 😉 In case you missed it, I shared my top 5 tips & tricks on spray paint. Best DIY tool ever!

So, what are your plans for the weekend? We plan to go pumpkin shopping, relax, and watch the Cowboys (hopefully win this time 😉 )

Have a great weekend! Don’t forget to like the new facebook page and sign up for the newsletter. It will be going out soon!

Oh, I love this time of year so much and a big part of it is the apples! I live in apple country and always like to try new varieties. Thanks for mentioning Fuji and Braeburn apples….I have never tried them. Baking with pumpkin is a big part of my Fall too. And I have been using spray paint lately but still learning. Great tips for that! We were going to take a drive tomorrow to a resort lake town to see the leaves and go to the fabulous farm market there but it is supposed to rain all day 🙁

Happy Friday to you and yours, Alexis… Ruger is adorable, lovable and handsome as ever. Anytime I see a bulldog I think of Ruger… I love Fuji apples – so does Ann. I think they taste sweeter from the farmer’s market, not the supermarket. I have several cans of pumpkin puree, so I have to start making something with them.. other than just eating it out of the can. 🙂 Short(ish) road trip to visit friends this weekend. Hope you have a great weekend!

How cute is Ruger?!! Your hibiscus is so pretty! I am really bad with plants…as in I kill most of mine. Is that an indoor plant? Looking forward to seeing your upcoming project post. Have a great weekend!
