I love this photo challenge because I have really been more aware of each day. Time moves by so quickly, but stopping to take a picture of what I am doing makes me stop and think about my day. Feb 11: I took a chance and bought some pineapple, and it was actually delicious! Pineapple = summer for me, so it made me excited!
Feb 12: Did some experimenting in the kitchen, this recipe will be on the blog Monday! It is so good. Think popcorn, nuts, honey, etc 🙂
Feb 13: We spent the day at my grammy’s ranch helping with hay, feeding cows, and working on fence! You probably saw my instagram picture on Saturday, but it is always nice to get out in the country, in the fresh air!
Feb 14: I make my husband pancakes every Valentine’s Day..this year it was hazelnut chocolate chip. He loved them! I shared the entire recipe on snapchat:) (p.s snap with me! username :: alexisroch)
Feb 15: Ruger was so excited for his Dad to come home…he just stared at him all evening, it was really sweet! Some days, he just misses him like crazy!
Feb 16: I also snapped this day away, but the weather was so beautiful! I opened up all the windows for some fresh air 🙂
Feb 17: Another beautiful day! Took my workout into our garage gym. (p.s – my favorite, effective home workouts)

Week 7, already?! It’s easy to count weeks when it’s in single digits… LOL. LOVE pineapple… my mom says to soak cut fresh pineapple in salt water and it enhances the flavor. Oh Ruger, looking at his “parents” so lovingly… what a face (now, if they could only speak)! Looking forward to your popcorn recipe… Going to investigate what snapchat is about – I’m not a social media user… countdown til your birthday!!!!!
You know, my grandma used to always do that to her fruit. She added salt, or soaked it! I have never tried it though. I love snapchat! It is fun to talk and share snippets of the day without having to worry how pretty it is! I used to have one just to follow my favorite celebrities or bloggers, but never posted my own stuff. I have enjoyed using it for my blog and things like that 🙂

Ruger is so cute looking up at his dad like that. I bet he is so cozy to snuggle up to. Pineapple, I have to agree it reminds me of tropics and warm weather. I eat it all year around, especially in smoothies. Thanks for bringing all this goodness to my party today.
