As you can very well tell, I LOVE pumpkin this time of year. It is the perfect flavor and color of autumn. Caramel is always the perfect addition to anything sweet in my opinion, so I thought a pumpkin caramel smoothie would be the ultimate treat.
I played around with this recipe for awhile. I wanted a subtle pumpkin flavor with a hint of spice
This turned out so creamy and incredibly delicious! And you know I am all about healthy recipes, so this one is really good for you too!
If you don’t like pumpkin, just sub banana and it will be an equally delicious banana caramel smoothie.
Pumpkin Caramel Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (sub banana if you don’t like pumpkin)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp caramel creamer
- 1 container pumpkin spice yogurt (if you can’t find it, use vanilla!)
- 2 packets truvia (or try honey for added sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- ice
Directions: Add everything to blender, blend until smooth!
So, let’s talk about this amazing Silk caramel creamer…so good! I use Silk almond and cashew milk daily, so when I saw this in the store, I had to get it!
I also got some of the vanilla which is equally delicious! And this yogurt is one of my favorites this time of year! I don’t do dairy often, so it is always a treat when I have some.
This is such a simple, yet perfect fall treat that you can make anytime of day.

This looks sooo yummy! I’ll have to buy the Siggi’s yogurt and try it myself. I wanted to know though, is the almond milk artificially/naturally flavored?
Alexis says
You will really enjoy it! I buy the unsweetened version, so it is naturally flavored without any artificial ingredients 🙂
