Five Favorite Things From The Week – Fresh Apples In The Store

Happy October! Truly one of the best months of the year :) One. I am loving all the wonderful fresh apples in the store this time of year. My favorite by far are Fuji, which I buy all year. I always sample new types in the fall. I love baking with Braeburn apples. I bought some a few days ago to make my rustic apple scones, and it turned out great! Two. After cleaning up all my plants and yard (using my checklist), everything seems to be blooming again. My hibiscus plants are going crazy with blooms!
