Today I wanted to share with you the best fruit inspired desserts, that are actually good for you! These are all from Chemistry Cachet this past spring and summer. I picked out the ones that got the most pins and the best feedback.
I love creating healthy desserts that fit specific lifestyles. So many people can’t eat eggs, dairy, or gluten, so they miss out on their favorites.
My husband is a total sugar addict. He just love sweets of all kinds and always has. Having to stop dairy was a HUGE let down. My husband not eating dairy is what inspired me to start creating dessert alternatives. Cooking without dairy is simple, but baked good are more challenging. Everything you bake has butter and milk!
Anyways, this summer I really wanted to make some awesome desserts inspired by fruit. Because summer is all about fresh fruits right?

Best Fruit Inspired Desserts (Healthy Too!)
Blueberry Cake (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free)
This blueberry Cake turned out to be pretty popular. I even had a friend who made this for her family and they really enjoyed it. She can’t have gluten, so it was a great recipe for her.
Frozen Fruit Cake (Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, AND Gluten-Free)
This was part of our brunch series. This frozen fruit cake is really the perfect hot summer day treat. I had one reader tell me this was on repeat now at their house. The jam recipe on this was also popular.
Light and Easy Berry Cobbler (Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, AND Gluten-Free)
I shared this cobbler recipe just a few weeks ago, but it was very popular on pinterest. I was so happy to hear how well readers enjoyed this one. Cobblers are very hard to find that don’t contain dairy, so this is a great alternative.
Watermelon Milkshake (Dairy-Free)
Another one popular on pinterest, but it is also my personal favorite. I started making this milkshake for a little night time treat…heavenly!
Raspberry Mug Cake (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free)
I made this way back in the spring. It was one of the first fruit recipes for this season. Many of my friends told me that really loved making it. I love one serving desserts like this!
Roasted Peach Ice Cream (Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Gluten-Free)
This roasted peach ice cream is hands down my favorite dessert this summer. Don’t let the coconut scare you. It doesn’t really have a coconut taste, but it is sweet and full of peach flavor! If you haven’t made any of these yet, I highly recommend this peach yogurt! Yum!
Strawberry Tea Popsicles
This is so fun for kids to make too! It is a great strawberry flavor option, you can even add real strawberries!
