Happy Friday! We are fast approaching my favorite time of year, and I am so excited! The beautiful September evenings have been so fun to enjoy.
The days are still warm, but the evenings are much cooler than last month. Last weekend, we took full advantage of that.
I love these lanterns we have hanging from our pergola. They are so peaceful to watch as the sun sets!
I shared this on instagram, but we have also been loving the fire being lit. It is too hot to actually sit by, but it is fun to have going and make some s’mores on!
I’ve been trying out some new recipes for fall. I will be sharing a delicious apple cookie recipe on Monday! I just LOVE apples this time of year, like I talked about yesterday!
September evenings are beautiful, but the mornings are just as pretty. It is still hot outside, so I really enjoy being out in the cool mornings. If you follow me on snapchat (username alexisroch), you got to see my morning walk around my parents house when I was there this week. I stumbled upon these two cute little foxes! They were so little, but super cute. They watched me walk all the way down the steps, then took off running. My parents have such a beautiful place full of wildlife! I love spending time over there 🙂

Well, it is usually 100 degrees here until October…then 90s lol, but we light it far away so we can still cook on it. We just can’t resist! I love all the candles too 🙂
