We have been having some strange weather and some crazy winter storms these past few weeks. Mostly wind and rain, but we also had a tornado close by. Honestly, I am not quit ready for that bad spring type weather we get every year. Like last year when we had that tornado in our neighborhood.
The weather did get nice and warm this week though. In the 70s at the beginning of the week which I love!
I shared a picture of my hair on Instagram this week, but I got about 6.5 inches cut off! It is so much better!
Many people have told me they love the color I got too, but this is actually my natural hair color. For some reason, my hair turns so many different colors in the sun. During the summer, I get many blonde tons. This time of year, I get reds and blondes even though my hair is dark brown.
My Dad and I were driving home from my Grandmother’s house on Saturday, and this massive storm was rolling in. It poured down rain for awhile, but the clouds looked so awesome!
I have had this cane plant for a few months and it is really taking off. I have been using some of my homemade slow release plant food and it is looking so much better. Especially the color! It can be hard to get enough sun in the winter as well, but this week we have had plenty!
I had a few business meetings this week, and I am so excited to be helping a few people set up their websites too!
My husband is off during the week instead of the weekends, so we always have lunch dates when we can. The weather turned out so beautiful on Tuesday, we had lunch outside at a new restaurant in town. It got up to 84 degrees that day and it was awesome! I am officially excited for spring 🙂
Today is my grandmother’s 87th birthday! We are taking her out to eat to celebrate.

I have hair similar to yours that changes color with the sun. I’ve gotten to the point where I do maintain it with my hairdresser now because it can get a little crazy. I’ve already said it but the cut (and color) looks great. I’ve been MIA from reading my favorite blogs lately and so glad to have the time to catch up! XO

Yeah you do have nice hair, I was never blessed with nice hair as a child and teenager I had really oily hair could wash it in the morning by lunch time it looked awful, not so bad now that I am in my 50’s but still needs to be washed daily for it to look good
