Happy November!
October went by so fast, I still can’t believe it. It was such a busy month, we didn’t do as many of the October traditions we usually do. It was still a fun Halloween though.
Halloween was unusually cold and rainy, which is a far cry from last year when it was in the 90s!
Some of the leaves are starting to change since we have had cooler weather which I am excited about! You can see more on Instagram 🙂
Of course, we were back up in the 90s by Thursday….Texas weather is ridiculous sometimes.
Ruger absolutely LOVES Halloween. Seeing all the trick or treaters makes him so happy, plus many of the kids want to pet him which totally makes his day. He had a blast. This year he was a police dog 🙂
This is one of my favorite candles for the season! It smells like cinnamon, leaves, and pumpkins. I use it all through November too!
Our pumpkins died again this year. We had too many 100 degree days, then a random freeze. But this gourd made it! It is still on the vine, so I will take it off soon.

October definitely flew by, and our weather has been up and down too. It was way too cold earlier this week, and now it’s hot again. I’d like it to be a little cooler, but not cold. Yep I’m picky 😛

How is it November already…? time change this weekend – gets darker earlier… I love the fall foliage/color change. I wish my trees would drop the leaves already so I can rake them up in one session. Our persimmons are getting ripe!
